Our sizing kit allows you to determine your exact nail sizes from the comfort of your home. Once received, you will try on each size to find the best fit for every finger.
The cost of shipping your sizing kit will be applied as a credit toward your future order, making this a seamless and risk-free step in your process. This option is highly recommended to ensure your set feels tailored specifically to you.
Local Sizing (Rapid City)
For clients located in or near Rapid City, we offer a complimentary in-person sizing appointment.
During your appointment, your nails will be professionally sized to ensure maximum accuracy and comfort. Your measurements will be saved on file for future orders.
Please arrive with bare natural nails. To ensure accurate sizing, nails must be free of any product (no gel, acrylic, or press-ons).
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed with care and shipped with tracking information provided.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or new collection launches.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
To maintain the highest sanitary standards, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once your order has entered transit, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
What if my package is lost?
While we do not have direct control over shipping carriers, your peace of mind remains our priority.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no additional cost.

What if I lose a nail?

Replacement nails are available for all designs. Simply contact us, and we will assist you in completing your set.
