Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong size sent, missing items, or damage during shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
